As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and employee experience, we are conducting a comprehensive review of our current payroll and timekeeping processes. For the past several months, the university has been working with our new vendor, UKG to understand the software, its abilities, and how it can integrate with our current payroll processes.

The next step is to build the platform.  Your feedback is essential in helping us understand how well the existing system is meeting the needs of supervisors, timekeepers, and employees. By gathering insights from those directly involved in or affected by payroll activities, we aim to identify strengths, uncover challenges, and prioritize areas for refinement in the new tool.

We recognize that accurate and efficient timekeeping is critical not only for ensuring timely and correct compensation but also for supporting compliance, workforce planning, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Based on feedback received over time and advancements in available technology, we are preparing to implement a new timekeeping system designed to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance user experience across all roles.
