Human Resource Services offers virtual Microsoft Office Training

Enhance your Microsoft Office skills in September and October with virtual training classes and then follow up office hours for questions offered by Human Resource Services. Trainer Cindy Kozumplik will hold classes via Teams. Advanced registration is required via the links below. If you need to request an accommodation, please contact Training@niu.edu.

Office 365 – Microsoft Word workshop The session will cover topics such as: Basic terminology, adding bullets, headers and footers, creating accessible documents, creating tables, inserting an image, grouping objects, inserting links and adding comments. It will also include a demo of the mail merge feature. The same session will be held on both days.

Office 365 – Excel workshop The session will cover topics such as: Basic terminology, cell formatting, data filters, data sorting, count if, using fill features, freezing panes and protecting sheets. The same session will be held on both days.
