Employees cannot be enrolled in both an HSA and the MCAP plan.
Employees that were enrolled in the HSA plan for FY26, will automatically be enrolled in the employer contributions for FY27, but will need to elect to participate with employee contributions for FY27. Employee contributions do not automatically carry over each year.
Employees Must Re-enroll in MCAP and DCAP to Participate for FY27
Please be reminded that Flexible Spending Account plan elections do not automatically carry over each year. Employees will need to process their election on the MyBenefits website. The MyBenefits Service Center is also available to help answer questions or process enrollments.
