Learning Opportunities Series – Spring 2025

The Office of Employee Well-Being is excited to announce our spring 2025 Learning Opportunities (trainings and events) series is now posted and open for registration. We will be offering virtual Teams and several in-person training and activity sessions. We will continue to add additional trainings and events over the course of the semester, so if you are not on our department mailing list and want to receive a copy of the training flyer or information about our other events, please contact our office and ask to be added to our email list. You will also want to view our website for links to some of our other campus partners, including DoIT who will be offering Microsoft trainings for employees which are hosted by Cindy Kozumplik.

Last fall we asked the campus to tell us about trainings, activities, or events you would like for us to host. We read your comments, and we are pleased to announce several new activities being offered this spring. Start your weeks off with wellness and mindfulness in February with our “Mindful Mondays” morning activity. “Expressive Arts” events are returning for this semester with opportunities to create a new year vision board or making a self-care bingo card to help you prioritize your wellness needs. We will be launching the “Resilient Readers Book Club” on Wednesdays in March and April. Finally, along with our trainings, we will round out the semester with our “Wellness Walking Group” which will be held on Thursdays over the lunch hour at the end of April and into May.

We request employees interested in any of our trainings or activities register with our office in advance of the event to allow our office time to add you to our registration lists and so we can provide you all necessary session details prior to the scheduled.
