If you were employed at NIU in 2023, your W-2 tax statement is now available in MyNIU.
- Go to MyNIU
- Click on the “MyNIU Human Resource System” panel
- Login with your NIU User ID and password
- Select the “Payroll” tile
- Click on “W-2/W-2c Forms” in the left navigation and select “View w-2/W-2c Forms”
(click on “View Form”)
If you had provided W-2/W-2c Consent, your W-2 will not be mailed to you and only be available on the MyNIU portal. You cannot provide consent at this time to avoid not having your W-2 mailed via regular US Post.
Employees who did not consent to receive their W-2 electronically will receive their notice via regular US Post. Forms will be post marked by January 31, 2024. Please allow for normal mail time for delivery and please note that reprints will not be available until March 1, 2024.
