Investing in our employees remains a high priority despite the university’s fiscal constraints. Accordingly, at last week’s Board of Trustees meeting, President Freeman brought forth increment recommendations for non-represented staff and faculty which are accounted for in the FY25 budget. The board approved the recommendations, and as a result, eligible non-represented staff and faculty will receive a 3% salary increase effective July 1, 2024.
Eligible employees will be notified by Human Resource Services when their electronic notification of pay rate increase is available in the MyNIU Employee Human Resource System.
