This email is to inform you that your salary increment has been processed, and your Notices of Pay Rate Change are now available in MyNIU.
To view your personalized notices, please follow these steps:
- Go to MyNIU, and choose “MyNIU Employee Human Resource System.”
- Login using single sign-on.
- Select the “View Increment Notices”
Under the “View Increment Notices” tile, you will find two notices with an “Increment Date” of 7/1/2024: One notice is for your flat dollar wage adjustment and the other is for your 3% increase. The flat dollar increase notice reflects your per pay period semi-monthly pay rate or your hourly rate wage adjustment. Please refer to your Collective Bargaining Agreement for more information. The notice that has the highest “FY2025 Semi-monthly or Hourly Pay Rate” is your final pay rate for FY2025.
