The university has authorized release time for employees to attend the 2025 President’s Holiday Gathering from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, in the Altgeld Hall Auditorium. Release time is subject to operational requirements and should be prearranged by the employee and their supervisor.
Supervisors are encouraged to work with their division leadership to explore operational alternatives for this timeframe if normal work considerations would normally prevent an office support professional from attending.
