RE: Annual StaffFest
The Operating Staff Council (OSC) and Supportive Professional Staff Council (SPS), in coordination with university administration, has scheduled the annual StaffFest luncheon for Wednesday, March 12 from 11 am-2 pm
in the Holmes Student Center, Duke Ellington Ballroom. The university supports this activity as an important recognition event for our Operating Staff and Supportive Professional Staff employees.
Accordingly, the university has authorized a 90-minute release period for Operating Staff and SPS employees who have requested tickets to attend the event. The 90-minute period should be considered inclusive of the lunch break, and Operating Staff and SPS attending the event are required to coordinate this absence in advance with their supervisors.
The university encourages Operating Staff and SPS employees to participate in the luncheon event, and we appreciate the consideration of campus departments in making arrangements for Operating Staff and SPS who wish to attend.
