This email is to inform you that your FY26 salary increment has been processed, and your Notification of Pay Rate Increase is now available in MyNIU.
At its June 4, 2026, meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Northern Illinois University and Local 4100 of the University Professionals of Illinois. As indicated above, your salary increment for FY26 has been processed, and your retroactive pay rate adjustment will be paid on your June 30, 2026, paycheck.
To view your personalized notice, please follow these steps:
- Go to MyNIU, and choose “MyNIU Employee Human Resource System.”
- Login using single sign-on.
- Select the “View Increment Notices” tile.
