The Division of Human Resource Services (HRS) has recently undergone reorganization within its Employment Services area, with the welcoming back of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity and the addition of a new Talent Acquisition function. As such, the area has restructured the way that it will communicate to departments. The newly revised Employment Contacts Page is available on the HRS website, and visitors can access it from the HRS homepage under the “About” tab.
This page lists all the units that play a major role in employment processing from recruitment, to hiring, all the way through onboarding and offboarding. Descriptions of each unit and their respective responsibilities are listed, as well as the email inbox for each unit. Additionally, visitors can find example inquiries that each unit is responsible for, giving them an idea of which resource inbox to contact for the matter or inquiry they may have.
We here in HRS ask that you email your inquiries to the specific email inboxes that are responsible to address them. Moving communications to this more focused resource inbox method allows us to keep you, our valued partners and patrons, in mind as we aim to deliver you the optimal service you deserve.
