This email is to inform you that your salary increment has been processed, and your Notification of Pay Rate Change is now available in MyNIU.
To view your personalized notice, please follow these steps:
- Go to MyNIU and choose “MyNIU Employee Human Resource System.”
- Login using single sign-on.
- Select the “View Increment Notices” tile.
Please note, after you click on the “View Increment Notices” tile, you will see two increment notices with an “Increment Date” of 7/1/2026 on the dashboard. One notice is for the 2% increase, and one notice is for the flat dollar wage adjustment. The notice that contains the flat dollar increase will reflect the per pay period semi-monthly pay rate or the hourly rate wage adjustment. Please refer to your Collective Bargaining Agreement for more information. The notice that has the highest “FY2027 Semi-monthly or Hourly Pay Rate” is your final pay rate for FY2027.
