The ePerformance Portal launches in late July. Before then, please join one of our live online training sessions. Each session walks through the process end to end: how documents are created, how to select your template, the new universal competency and how reminders will work. Below are the links to access the training programs:
This training is intended for SPS and Status Civil Service employees and their supervisors.
Online training sessions (attend either one):
- Tuesday, July 14 at 10 a.m., via Microsoft Teams
- Friday, July 17 at 1:30 p.m., via Microsoft Teams (repeat of the July 14 session)
For supervisors:
Save the date for Effective Performance Management on Thursday, July 23 at 10 a.m. This hybrid session goes beyond the mechanics of the portal and focuses on giving feedback and evaluations that develop your people. A separate reminder with the room location and join link will follow.
Reminder on Kuali: SPS supervisors should not begin evaluations in Kuali. The portal opens in late July; please wait for it.
Teams links for the July 14 and July 17 sessions are included with this message. Both sessions are recorded and posted to the HRS Training website, so anyone who cannot attend live can watch on demand.
